efrilmandClaude Opus 5.5 5954510b93 fix android build: upgrade gradle, AGP, and kotlin

Bump Gradle wrapper to 8.14.3, AGP to 8.11.1, and Kotlin to 2.2.20 to
meet the Flutter SDK's minimum supported versions.
